Swim
0.93 Miles
Swim will be a somewhat rectangular course in Lake Wilderness. LWT will have a rolling start marked by a red right buoy. ALL athletes in every wave will swim clockwise around the course and to the next red buoy. Sprinters will turn at the green buoys and finish on the Olympic course. Olympic athletes are at the orange buoys. All swimmers must be leaving transition by 8 AM. Sprint, 1/4 mile swim and Olympic .93 mile swim.
Swimmer Count: All swimmers must enter the water over the timing mats and through the finish chute before racing. We must have an accurate count of swimmers in the water. Please enter after the athlete briefing and before warming up.

Bike
27.80 miles.
The ride begins in beautiful Lake Wilderness Park and through the back roads of Maple Valley and into Ravensdale. You will bike around Ravendsdale and back into Maple Valley. This is an open course to vehicles,stay to the right of the road. There is a cut off time on the bike route. You must be passed the Olympic/Sprint cut off by 8:40a.m. If you don't make the time don't worry, you'll still have a great ride on the Sprint course. View Map.
Run
10K (6.1 miles)
The run starts and finishes at Lake Wilderness Park. The route is mostly flat with a few moderate up hills. You run along the beautiful trail of Cedar River. Each runner needs to be out of T2 by 10:30am. View Map
Finish
You finish your race at Lake Wilderness Park.
You can then enjoy the post-race food and activities
Relay Teams
Pick a team name and register individually.
All team members will be required to pick up your teams packet which will contain 1 run bib number, 1 bike number and 1 swim cap. The team will be given one timing chip that will be passed from the swimmer to the biker and finish with the runner. Each team member will pass off the timing chip in the transition area.
